Included selections
No modeled talent or gear bonuses selected yet.
Only the selected rank-1 direct skills are totaled. Damage-over-time skills, pets, buffs, echoes, triggered attacks, set bonuses, special five-star effects and combat conditions are not yet scheduled. Defensive talents do not receive an invented damage bonus.
Model assumptions: additive global bonuses, separate skill/school bonuses, critical chance starting at 5% with a 2× multiplier, and cooldown divided by recovery. Damage and interval use a 1.4 normalization; area and cone hits use the extracted 0.5 type coefficient. Only a limited Cleave sample has been checked against combat logs. Other branches and stacking remain estimates.
Global critical bonuses add together. Chance above 100% becomes critical damage: 120% raw chance with a 2× multiplier gives guaranteed 2.2× critical hits. On-critical triggered effects and skill-specific critical bonuses still need additional modeling.
This is a planning estimate, with no target mitigation, card upgrades, leveling or racial effects. It is not a complete combat simulation.

How to use the Azeroth Survivors DPS calculator
This build calculator estimates the damage per second of selected direct-damage skills for your class. Change your talents or equipment and see how the modeled result changes before a run.
- Choose your class and select up to six supported damage skills.
- Allocate talent points and choose equipment and star levels around the character preview.
- Set enemies in range to one for a single target, or more to estimate aggregate damage across targets.
- Read expected DPS and the skill breakdown. Use Share to copy a link to your build.
How talents, equipment and critical hits affect DPS
The estimate includes supported damage, cooldown recovery, critical chance and critical damage bonuses from talents and equipped gear, including general star growth. It weights normal and critical hits by their chances, divides by the modeled interval, and adds the selected skills. Some defensive or utility talents do not change direct DPS. Critical chance above 100% increases the critical damage multiplier in the model.
For example, a Warrior with no equipped gear or talent points has 65 normal and 131 critical damage on rank-1 Cleave, a 2.1-second interval and 5% critical chance. Against one target, the estimated DPS is 32.52.
How to compare gear stars and talent points
Choose an equipment slot next to the character, select an item, and set its star level. Add or remove talent points in the three trees and compare the estimated DPS after each change. Effects that have not been modeled are listed in the calculation details; an unchanged number does not mean the effect has no value in game.
What does enemies in range mean?
This setting represents the number of enemies continuously available to the selected skills. One enemy gives a single-target scenario. Higher values estimate combined damage across enemies, subject to each modeled skill's target rules; they do not predict how often enemies will actually be in range during a run.
What does this DPS estimate include?
Results are an approximate subtotal for supported rank-1 direct skills at level 1, with targets continuously in range. Damage over time, pets, buffs, triggered effects, card upgrades, racial effects, enemy mitigation, set bonuses and special five-star effects are not included. Multiple-target results combine damage across targets; they are not single-target boss DPS. Check the calculator's model coverage for selected effects that are not yet included.
Game data and calculation limits
The underlying data is from the official game v0.135.1 snapshot. A limited Cleave sample was checked against combat logs; other skills and interactions remain estimates. Later game versions may differ. See our data sources and limitations or explore class skills.
